- I specialize in residential real estate, foreclosures, HUD homes and short sales. I also have lots of experience in commercial real estate, investment properties, and agricultural and hunting land. I have received training is Short Sales, Foreclosures, and REO properties. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I enjoy helping families that are having trouble making their monthly mortgage payments. If you know someone struggling with mortgage payments I can negotiate with your lender on your behalf to get your home sold or renegotiate the terms of the loan so that you can either stay in your home or sell it and avoid foreclosure.
- I have helped many first time home buyers find a wonderful starter home. I also enjoy helping families sell their homes quickly for the highest price while helping them find a home that better fits their needs as a growing family. I devote myself to every transaction for my clients. I am involved in every part of a real estate transaction from searching for the perfect home to securing financing and then to the closing and beyond.
